If you are feeling down or overwhelmed by stress, here is my tip: prepare a list of 6-7 songs on your phone or iPod. In my experience, it is an effective tool in helping to uplift your mood. It will take no more than a few minutes of listening to improve your feelings of happiness and wellbeing.
Music can improve the atmosphere in your heart.
On days where I could use a good pick-me-up, I go straight for the classics that I know will get my mood in the upright position.
My Top Three:
1. Good Vibration – The Beach Boys
2. Don’t stop me now – Queen
3. It’s Raining Men – The Weather Girls
Choose your own music and let it rock you. Don’t be afraid to try it out! It won’t take much time and no one needs to see or know.
